We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure checkout via PayPal. All payments are processed safely, and your information remains private. Please note: all prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

At the moment, we only ship within Switzerland. We’re focused on providing fast and reliable national delivery as we launch. If you're outside Switzerland and interested in ordering, send us a message — we’d love to help you with a special order!

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your pet’s package.

If something’s not quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty. Full return instructions are available on our Refund Policy page.
